When finished coating, all of our drums are recycled/reused. Therefore, there is little or no waste.</font></p> </blockquote> <li><font face="Arial" size="2">Average typical roof service life is about 12 years. Warranties are normally pro-rated to give you virtually nothing back after 10 years. Coating warranties protect you for the full term, usually 10 to 12 years. The manufacturer of your current roof won't usually mind the roof being coated because it will only extend the life of the roof well beyond the original manufacturers warranty. It literally stops the aging process of the roof. This will significantly reduce the inside temperature of the building, making it much cooler for your employees.
