We work with several manufacturers of white 100% acrylic
elastomeric, ceramic, epoxy, polyurethane, silicone based, and aluminum roof coatings for
metal, single-ply membranes, and built up roof systems. We apply these

Zero waste to landfills
Roof tear-offs produce 5% of all solid waste
in landfills.
When finished coating, all of our drums are recycled/reused.
Therefore, there is little or no waste.
Average typical roof service life is about
12 years. Warranties are normally pro-rated to give you virtually nothing back after
10 years.
Coating warranties protect you for the full term, usually 10 to 12 years.
The manufacturer of your current roof won't usually mind the roof being
coated because it will only extend the life of the roof well beyond the
original manufacturers warranty. It literally stops the aging process of
the roof. The coating acts as a sacrificial barrier, letting the weather
work on the coating rather than your precious roof.
Each of your current roofs can be restored to
new or better than new condition.
These roofs, if coated when the roof is still considered a good substrate
can be re-coated every 10 years to maintain the current roof indefinitely.

Exhaust emissions = smog; Temp. increase =
smog increase;
Temp decrease = smog decrease.
At 70 degrees ambient temp, each 1 degree increase = 3% more smog.

If your roof is hot, your fresh air inlet
pulls in hot air, making the compressors work harder, costing
you more money in electricity & air conditioner maintenance costs.

All of the coatings that we use will stop the aging process
and stabilize the roof by greatly reducing the roof temperature, reducing
expansion and contraction that puts stress on the seams and the roof in
general. Stress is what causes most roofs to begin to leak and fail.
We can extend the life of your roof by up to 15 years with each coating.
In many cases, you can coat your roof up to 5 times for what it will cost to
replace your roof once!
We can reduce the roof temperature by up to 80 degrees. This
will significantly reduce the inside temperature of the building, making it
much cooler for your employees. We have seen the interior temperature drop by
as much as 20°F!
If your facility is air conditioned, we may be able to save
you up to 20-30% on your air conditioning bills. The cost of air
conditioning is usually the 2nd largest expense, next to labor. In many
cases, the savings alone will pay for the coating in 1 to 2 years, and for
years to come the savings will show directly on the bottom line.
